The files Steele.published.csv and Steele.published.txt are
comma-delimited and tab-delimited ASCII files, respectively,
of the primer combinations reported in Steele et al. 2008.
They each contain the primer ID, and the forward and reverse
primers associated with each ID.  All primers are reported
5' to 3', as they would be used for priming PCR reactions.
